General

By accepting the terms and conditions herein (the “Agreement”) and/or by acknowledging that you have read this Agreement when you register to join DreamandWin.com, this Agreement being a legally binding agreement between you and Dream Maker International Inc. (Panama) Limited (the “Company”) as updated from time to time, will govern your use of the DreamandWin.com website or equivalent or replacement uniform resource locators (the ‘Site’) and our Service (as defined below).

The Site allows you to take part in raffles on the Internet (the “Service”). The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove or add to the Service at its sole discretion with immediate effect and without prior notice, and the Company shall not be liable for loss suffered in consequence thereof.

Legality of Use of the Service

The Site restricts participating individuals to a minimum age of 18 or over (or such other minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in your jurisdiction. .
Any person under the specified age, are prohibited from using the Service under any circumstances and any person under the age of 18 who uses the Service will be in breach of the terms of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that persons under the age of 18 are not using the Service. The Company may cancel a person's account and exclude a person from using the Service if proof of age is not provided or if the Company suspects that a person using the Service is underage.

Account / Registration

At all times, you may only have one account, for which you will register using your own correct name and all required details. You may not access the Service by means of another person's account. The Company will be entitled to immediately close all the relevant accounts and bar a user from future use of the Service if such an attempt to open more than one account is made, under the user’s own name or under any other name, or an attempt to use the Service by means of any other person's account is identified.

Should you fail to use your account for six months it will be considered dormant. The six-month period will run from the date of your last login to your account. In the case of a dormant account, the Company will levy a monthly administration fee at a rate of 10% of the balance in the account from the date that it became dormant, starting from the last day of the sixth month in which the account is inactive and occurring on the last day of every month thereafter, until the account is closed in accordance with clause 16 below. The administration fee will be debited on the last day of the sixteenth month in which the account is inactive but will be waived if accounts are re-activated prior to the fee actually being debited.
You should always keep copies of your transaction records and/or ticket purchass. In addition the company recomends that you keep a recod of this agreement and check this agreement for changes.

Participating the raffle

Taking part in the Service requires that you provide all details requested by the Company, and any further details as may be requested by the Company from time to time.

All wagers must be placed through the user interface and user account provided to you by the Site. If you wish to buy more than one ticket, your account will be charged for each ticket separately.

Users are allowed to purchase an unlimited number of tickets for each raffle, according to the specified purchasable number of tickets published by the Company.

Buying a raffle ticket will not, by any means, indicate that you own the winning ticket for that specified raffle. The winning ticket will be announced only AFTER all the tickets for the specified raffle are sold and the raffle has taken place.

Winning tickets

At the end of the purchasing period, the picking of the winning ticket will start. The period for picking the Winning Ticket will be determined by the Company and may change from time to time.

During this period no tickets for the closed raffle will be sold.

The Company reserves the right to extend or to shorten the period of a raffle at any time and will bring such changes to your attention by either email notification to the address you provide us on your Registration Form and/or by placing the information on the website.

The Company will notify the winner/s by mail as provided by the users on the Registration Form.

Prizes & Winning

Delivery of the prizes and winnings will take place at a specific time and date that will be posted on the company's webpage.

Any warranty provided on prizes is solely provided by the manufacturer of such prize, and the Company bears no responsibility in such regard.

• Vehicles

  
  Vehicles will be delivered ‘on road’. This means that the Company will cover all the initial expenses for the vehicle - including vehicle license fee and insurance. The Company will not be responsible for any further fees and/or taxes and/or any tolls except for the expenses mentioned above and all further payments including, but not limited to, any further taxes as issued at the winning place. You undertake to pay any such fees, taxes and tolls upon request by the Company.
  
  Should any winner desire to purchase any additional parts or make changes to any prize, they may do so by direct payment to the vehicle supplier, and only after delivery of the vehicle by the Company. The Company will not respond to any requests by winners for additions. All prizes are delivered as published on the Company's website, and are provided “AS IS”.
  
  In the case of color lacking or Delivery delays the winners will not own the privilege of cancellation and the company will not take responsibility of the winning prize.
  
  Winners may request cancellation AFTER the raffle has taken place and AFTER the winning ticket has been announced, but such winners will not be entitled to any refund and will forfeit their prize. In such a case, the Company will choose another winner who has participated in the specified raffle.
  
  The winner must be present at the supplier offices at the time determined by the Company. All winners must be equipped with all the necessary documents when arriving to pick up the vehicle, including driving license or any other document requested by the supplier or by law.
  
  

• Vacations

  
  Winning vacations will be reserved for a period of 12 months starting from the day of announcement of the winners.
  
  The Company will not be responsible for lack of information regarding the seasonal activities of the Hotel or any other service.
  
  Booking of rooms will be made by the winner at any time during the above mentioned 12 month period. After such time, the vacation winning will expire.
  The winners must be equipped with any documentation and/or ID and/or credit card when checking in. The Company will use its reasonable efforts to confirm the identity of the winners.
  The Company will not carry any further expenses other than those mentioned on the Company's website in the raffle description section.
  
  The company will not be responsible for any damage that has been caused by the winner during his stay.
  
  The Company will not be responsible for any changes, delay, or cancellation made by the suppliers nor will it be obligated to compensate the winners for any damage or loss occurred by any of the Company's suppliers. Responsibility for the description of hotels, tours and other facilities lies solely with the Company’s suppliers.
  
  It is the winner sole responsibility to notify the suppliers of any changes to details agreed.
  
  

• Electronics / Jewelry

  
  Should any winners desire to any additional parts or make any other changes, they may do so at any given time AFTER the delivery of the order by direct payment to the supplier. The Company will not be responsible for any additions requested by the winners.
  All prizes are delivered as published on the Company's website, and are provided “AS IS”.
  
  In the case of color lacking or Business Day Delivery extension the winners will not own the privilege of cancellation and the company will not take responsibility of the winning prize.
  
  Winners may request cancellation AFTER the raffle has taken place and AFTER the winning ticket has been announced, but such winners will not be entitled to any refund and will forfeit their prize. In such a case, the Company will choose another winner who has participated in the specified raffle.
  
  The winner must be present at the supplier’s offices at the time determined by the Company. Winners must be equipped with all the necessary documents when arriving to pick up the prize including any document asked by the supplier or by the law.
  
  

Bonus

Any bonus given by the Company to a user’s account will NOT entitle such user to any cash or monetary payment. The bonus may only be used to buy tickets on DreamandWin web site.

No Warranty

Your access to dreamandwin.com, using the service and participation in any raffle is at your sole option, discretion and risk. The company shall not be liable for computer malfunctions or attempts by you to use the service and participate in the game by methods, means or ways not intended by the company.

The specifications, pictures and any other details about the products/services published on the site were received by the company from its suppliers. Therefore the company will not, by any means, be responsible for any mistakes and/or misrepresentations regarding the products and the full responsibility for the correctness and/or the product details and/or any other relevant information will be borne solely by the supplier.

The services, website and the raffles are provided to you ‘as is,’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise), including but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of applicable laws and regulations. The company does not warrant that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

The company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages, losses, costs and expenses in connection with or arising out of this agreement or your use of the services, or the raffles, however they arise, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if the company received prior notice of the possibility of such damage.

In no event, shall the company be liable for any malfunctions of the website/service, bugs or viruses, resulting in lost data or any other damage to your computer equipment or software. Further, company is not required to provide redundant or backup network and/or systems.

The aggregate liability of the company to any user hereunder shall be limited to the aggregate monetary amount received from such user by the company.

Cancellation policy

A Player holding a Player Account can cash out his funds at any point where funds exist at the account. At any point a Player cannot cancel a purchase of a ticket after a purchase has been placed and a ticket number has been issued nor cancel a purchase after a draw has been conduct.

You understand and agree that you must fully pay all payments due to us as a result of your use of our Website. You also agree that you shall not make any charge-backs or reverse or cancel in any other way the payments due to us. In any such event you will be liable to refund us for any unpaid payment and compensate us for any losses and expenses incurred to us as a result of reversing/charge-back on your part.

Miscellaneous

The Company may terminate this Agreement and your account (including your username and password) immediately without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If for any reason the Company decides to discontinue the Service
• If the Company believes that you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement
• If your use of the Service has been in any way improper or breaches the spirit of this Agreement; or
• For any other reason we see fit.
• Employees of the Company, its licensees, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are excluded from using the Service.
• By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, you consent to the use of your name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

Save for as otherwise provided, upon termination of this Agreement any balance in your account will be returned to you within a reasonable time of your request, subject always to the right of the Company to deduct any amounts owed by you to us.

You agree that you are free to choose whether to use the Service and do so at your sole option, discretion and risk.
